The State of the James provides a report card on the ongoing JRA effort to bring the James River back to full health. This comprehensive assessment of the health of the river is published every two years. The project consists of a large watershed poster with custom graphics on the inside and program details and extended information on the outside. It is distributed all over Virginia.
